Introduction and Definitions

woin is an online betting and casino platform designed for Bangladeshi users. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply between woin and registered members of the platform ("Member" or "you").

1.1 Key Definitions

• "Member" — any person who has registered an account on woin.

Account Registration

2.1 Registration Process

To create an account on woin, you must provide accurate and complete information. The name, mobile number, email address, and date of birth given at registration must be genuine and verifiable.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited. If such activity is proven, all associated accounts may be immediately closed and balances forfeited.

2.3 Password Security

Keeping your account secure is entirely your responsibility. You are advised not to share your password with anyone and to change it regularly. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the woin support team immediately.

2.4 Identity Verification

woin reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. The verification process may require submission of a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawal requests may be delayed until verification is complete.

Age Verification and Restrictions

To register an account and participate in betting on the woin platform, a member must be at least 21 years old. Age is verified at the time of account registration and may be re-verified at any time.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

woin currently accepts deposits by the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing Time

Withdrawals can be made using the same methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

4.3 Account Verification and Withdrawals

An account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be made. Withdrawals are matched to the deposit method — the method used to deposit will be given priority for withdrawal. woin will not process any illegal or suspicious financial transactions and does not have the right to process such requests without verification.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the woin platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Transactions in cryptocurrency or foreign currency are not accepted.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• For any bonus, only the original deposit amount may be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Each bonus applies once per account — attempting to claim a bonus more than once from the same person, device, or household is prohibited.
• Bonus funds cannot be directly transferred to another person.
• woin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• In any dispute related to bonuses, woin's decision shall be considered final.

5.3 Other Promotions

Weekly reload rewards, slots festival bonuses, cricket deposit offers, birthday gifts, and refer-a-friend rewards — each promotion has its own terms, which are published on the platform. The terms of these promotions apply in accordance with these main Terms.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Validity of a Bet

A bet is considered valid only when it has been confirmed by the system and the relevant funds have been deducted from the member's account. If a bet is not confirmed due to a technical issue, the bet amount will be returned to the balance.

6.2 Result Determination

For sports betting, settlement is based on the official result of the event. For casino games, the result determined by the game provider's software is final. If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, woin reserves the right to settle according to the correct result.

6.3 Bet Cancellation

woin may cancel a bet in the following circumstances:

• If the event is cancelled or abandoned.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to an obvious technical error.
• If evidence of fraudulent activity is found.
• If the terms of the bet violate applicable rules.

6.4 Live Betting

During live betting, odds may change rapidly. Whether a bet has been accepted depends on system confirmation. woin is not responsible for issues caused by loss of internet connection.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the woin platform:

• Allowing minors to operate an account or placing bets on their behalf.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Systematically betting with the intent to abuse bonuses (bonus hunting).
• Using software, bots, or automated tools to access the platform or place bets.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in any game or betting system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform as a channel for illegal funds (money laundering).
• Harassing or threatening other members.
• Impersonating woin staff.
• Collecting, copying, or distributing platform content without authorisation.

If a member is found to be involved in any of the above activities, their account will be immediately closed and the associated balance may be forfeited.

Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Voluntary Closure

8.2 Closure by woin

woin may suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of the Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Providing false information during the verification process.
• Suspicious financial transactions.
• Failure to pass age verification.

8.3 Balance After Account Closure

If an account is closed due to a violation of the Terms, the bonus balance will be forfeited. However, the return of any remaining original deposit amount (where no fraud is involved) is subject to review.

Limitation of Liability

10.2 Betting Decisions

Any information, statistics, or analysis provided on the platform is intended to help members make decisions, not as a guarantee. Members are solely responsible for any financial losses from betting or gaming.

10.3 Third-Party Services

woin relies on game provider studios (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Evolution, etc.) and payment gateways. woin is not directly responsible for issues caused by technical problems on the part of these third parties, but will work to resolve them as quickly as possible.

Changes to Terms

woin reserves the right to partially or fully update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, registered members will be notified in advance by email.
